AN ANALYSIS OF THE NET NEUTRALITY DEBATE OF 2006

In 2006, a major telecommunications bill failed
because it did not include guarantees for
something called \net neutrality.. The purpose
of this paper is to describe and explain the
politics behind the net neutrality debate of 2006
and to predict its likely future course.
